Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participant between the age of 18-35 years will be selected of either sex. 2 Participant who are ready to sign the informed consent Form. 3 Score within a specific range on a validated academic stress scale (e.g.Student Academic Stress Scale - SASS) indicating Mild to high stress levels at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participant suffering from any systemic diseases, psychiatric disorders such as major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder. 2 Participant taking any medications or supplements (including other Ayurvedic preparations) that could interfere with the study drug or affect cognitive function and mood. 3 Pregnant and lactating women will be excluded. 4 Patient should not be taken on exam time.
