Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone limb-salvage surgery for upper or lower extremity bone or soft-tissue tumours. Patients who are more than or equal to 12 years of age at the time of administering the questionnaire who are able to provide consent/assent. Patients who are alive at the time of follow-up and available for questionnaire administration (in-person or telephonic). Patients who are able to understand and respond to the questionnaire in English, Hindi, or Kannada. Patients able to understand the study procedures, provide informed consent/assent, and respond to the study questionnaires Patients with sufficient clinical information available in medical records for subgroup analysis (e.g., tumour type, location, reconstruction method, complications).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 12 years at the time of questionnaire administration. Patients who are deceased at the time of administering the questionnaire Patients who underwent amputation as the primary or secondary definitive procedure for the index extremity tumour Patients who did not undergo any tumour-related surgery (for example, patients treated with purely conservative or palliative measures without limb-salvage surgery). Patients who are unwilling to participate or decline to provide informed consent/Assent Cases with incomplete or missing key clinical data required for analysis (such as tumour diagnosis, site, reconstruction type or basic demographic details).
