Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 TO 60 years All genders Mild to Moderate case of Tinea after assessment by DSS KOH positive finding on direct microscopic examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Treatment with systemic /topical antifungal agents one month before the study. History or clinical evidence of immune-compromised individuals and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Psoriasis, Atopic dermatitis, Pityriasis Versicolor, Tinea capitis, Tinea unguium, and Psychiatric Illness Corticosteroids or immunosuppressants in the past six weeks

MeasureTime frame
change in the symptoms and signs score of Dermatophytosis Severity ScoreTimepoint: Baseline, 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12 th month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in the Dermatology Life Quality Index score (DLQI) Duration of the time- the length of treatment in days until a clinical cure [Clinical cure both symptomatic and Mycological evaluation (KOH)] was obtained. Relapse and recurrence of complaints, if any. Timepoint: every third month
