Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II patients undergoing ORIF for isolated midshaft clavicle fracture surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal patients with nerve injury respiratory insufficiency bilateral rib fractures COPD previous clavicle trauma infection at local site coagulopathy allergy to local anaesthetic agents regular opioid intake.
