Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between 18-60 years of age group. 2.Patients having classical symptoms of Purvrupa Avastha of Prameha (Prediabetes) as mentioned in Brihattrayi and other Samhitas. 3.Patients who are fit for Virechana karma. 4.Patients who are willing to give written consent. 5.Impaired fasting glucose 100 - 125mg per dl 6.Post Prandial Blood Sugar (PPBS) 140 - 199mg per d l 7.HbA1c-5.7-6.4 percent 8.BMI more than 25 kg per m
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having known case of Diabetes Mellitus. 2.Impaired fasting glucose more than 126 mg per dl 3.Post Prandial Blood Sugar nore than 200 mg per dl 4.HbA1c more than 6.5 percent 5.Patient having severe systemic illness 6.Patient having any Psychiatric illness. 7.Any pregnant or lactating woman
