Inclusion criteria: Both male and female Young adult students aged 18 to 25 years Regular smartphone users or tablet users or ipad users Currently enrolled in a college or university

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine injury or surgery Known neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting the neck Undergoing treatment for chronic neck pain
