Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body Mass Index (BMI) in the range of 18.5 29.9 kg/m Working in retail/commercial settings in Delhi for at least 1 year Working a minimum of 6 hours per day, at least 5 days per week No diagnosed specific spinal pathology Willing to provide informed consent No known chronic systemic illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent back injury or trauma (within the past 6 months) Diagnosed with neurological or spinal disorders (e.g., sciatica, spinal stenosis) Shopkeepers with less than 1 year of experience in the occupation Currently undergoing physiotherapy or medical treatment for back pain Any congenital musculoskeletal deformity.
