Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Mandibular premolar and canine teeth diagnosed with symptomatic pulp necrosis and symptomatic apical periodontitis b) Patients with age between 18 - 60 years c)Teeth with mature apices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Teeth with calcified canals and aberrant root canal morphology. b)Patients with history of allergy to any of the components of local anaesthesia c) Teeth with previous RCT d) Severely damaged or mutilated teeth e)Patient with systemic disease f)Patient with periodontal disease g)Pregnant or lactating women h) Patients with history of allergy to any of the components of green tea
