Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients Elective shoulder and upper arm surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Coagulation abnormalities Pregnancy Cardio respiratory co-morbidities Local anesthetic allergies Neurological deficiency at the upper limb Infection at the puncture site.
