Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-45 years, Both male and female participants, Patients diagnosed with cervicogenic headache, Patients with sleep impairement, Able to understand perceived stress scale and pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) questionnaire, Patients willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed sleep disorders( eg.sleep apnea ), Known psychiatric illness (depression ,anxiety disorders, Presence of endocrine disorders ( Cushing s syndrome, thyroid disorders), Individuals on corticosteroids and hormonal therapy, History of chronic diseases(diabetes mellitus ,hypertension), Substance abuse (alcohol,drugs,smoking), Acute illness or infection at the time of study Pregnant females, Patients diagnosed with other headache disorder such as migraine,tension type headache,cluster headache,or any mixed or secondary headache conditions.

Primary

Perceived Stress Scale- Measured before and after the intervention.Timepoint: 5 days per week for 4 weeks

Sleep Quality (PSQI score) Assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality measured pre and post intervention, Body mass index Calculated using height and weightTimepoint: 5 days per week for 4 weeks
