Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adults aged 30 to 50 years with type 2 diabetes who are diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy tnsc score greater or equal to 2 will be included in the study participants should be able to stand and walk independently for at least 10 meters mild to moderate balance impairment indicated by a Mini BESTest score of less then or equal to 23 all participants should be willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: presence of severe diabetic peripheral neuropathy complications such as active foot ulcers Charcot arthropathy or severe sensory loss uncontrolled diabetes HbA1c greater than 10percentage History of neurological disorders affecting balance eg stroke Parkinson s disease vestibular disorders significant musculoskeletal impairments limiting mobility eg severe osteoarthritis deformities history of recent lower limb fracture or surgery within the past 6 months cognitive impairment or inability to follow instructions and participate in training
