Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Patients receiving hemodialysis sessions for a minimum duration of 3 months. Patients who are clinically stable as cleared by their primary nephrologist. Patients able to comprehend and communicate in the local vernacular language or English. Patients who provide written informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute medical or cardiovascular complications (e.g., unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction) within the past 3 months. Patients with severe cognitive impairments or psychiatric conditions that prevent reliable self-reporting. Patients with severe, pre-existing musculoskeletal or neurological deficits that completely restrict physical mobility independent of dialysis status. Patients unwilling to provide written consent.
