Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women above 18-35 years of age with pre-eclampsia (as per FOGSI criteria) found fit for laughter yoga after through Obstetric evaluation. Having a spontaneous pregnancy Singleton pregnancy Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or other systemic diseases Severe fetal congenital defects, fetal growth retardation or oligohydramnios detected by ultrasonography Having undergone an abdominal operation, including caesarean section. Having a diagnosed psychological and mental illness Previous history of miscarriage. Other high risk pregnancies Regular practitioners of yoga or meditation or laughter yoga.
