Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For this we will include cases adults aged between 35 to 60 years suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus if there is definite history of diabetes with records of treatment and other we will include healthy controls same aged adults with no personal history of diabetes no first degree relative with early onset type 2 diabetes mellitus both cases and controls must have been a resident of dehradun district for at least 5 years.
