Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 to 70 years with a confirmed diagnosis of T2DM Fasting Blood Glucose FBS greater than or equal to 126 mg per dL and or Postprandial Blood Glucose PPBS greater than or equal to 200 mg per dL HbA1c levels between greater than or equal to 6 and half percent and 10 percent Patients under the baseline treatment or standard care Willingness to comply with the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus or other endocrine disorders Individuals with severe complications of diabetes such as nephropathy retinopathy or neuropathy Pregnant or lactating women Patients on insulin therapy or other herbal medications for diabetes management
