Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Recently diagnosed patients of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. 2) 60 patients of irrespective gender will be included and who are willing to take treatment. 3) Patient of age group between 30-60 years of both sexes will be selected. 4) Patients with fasting blood sugar level below 200 mg/dl and post Prandial upto 250 mg/dl. 5) Patients with Glycosylated heamoglobin i.e. HbA1C value more than 6 % and less than 10 %. 6) Patient showing signs and symtoms of prameha or diabetes mellitus i.e prabhut mutrata, nakta mutrata, pipasa vriddhi kshudha vridhhi, General debility etc will be selected for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient having Sahaj Madhumeha (Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus). 2) Patients having any severe systemic disease. 3) K/C/O Ketoacidosis, Diabetic coma, acute infections anywhere in the body and Gangrene. 4) Patients with any major systemic diseases like Carcinoma, Tuberculosis etc. 5) K/C/O Immunocompromised patients or patients on immunosuppressive drugs. 6) K/C/O Neuropathic ulcer, Peripheral vascular diseases.
