Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-35 years 2. Gender: male and female both 3. Play badminton 2-3 times a week (minimum 30 min) 4. Recreational badminton players with reduced IR ROM (More than 20 degree deficit compared to non- dominant side). 5. Subject Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past History of shoulder pathology such as rotator cuff tear, shoulder instability and any cervical injury (1 year) 2. Previous upper limb surgery in past 6 months. 3. Severe neurological disorder and musculoskeletal disorder
