Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 to 18 years, of either sex. Diagnosed with Atopic Dermatitis using Hanifin and Rajka diagnostic criteria (1980). Willing to receive only individualized Homoeopathic treatment throughout the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with any systemic or complicated medical condition (e.g., uncontrolled asthma, diabetes, congenital heart disease, immunodeficiencies, etc.). Unwillingness to participate or poor compliance with the treatment protocol (e.g., missed follow- ups, irregular medication usage).

Change in severity of Atopic Dermatitis as assessed by SCORAD (Scoring Atopic Dermatitis) Index and improvement in quality of life as assessed by CDLQI (Children s Dermatology Life Quality Index) following individualized Homoeopathic treatmentTimepoint: Baseline, 9 months, and 18 months after initiation of treatment.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of progression toward other atopic conditions (Atopic March), such as allergic rhinitis and asthma, during the study period.Timepoint: Baseline and 18 months.
