Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Married, primiparous women aged 18-35 years. 2) Mother with infants aged 3-12 months. 3) Mothers residing in India. 4) Mothers who are fluent in English. 5) Mothers who have access to the internet and a device to participate in the interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Multiparous women 2) Mothers whose infants are admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), or those who have experienced stillbirth or neonatal loss. 3) Mothers with complicated or high-risk pregnancies 4) Mothers who have had children through surrogacy or who are surrogate mothers. 5) Mothers who have had abortions or miscarriages. 6) Women with severe psychiatric conditions 7) Women with a past diagnosis of postpartum depression. 8) Women who are currently receiving psychotherapy or psychological treatment 9) Mothers who conceived through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) or other Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART).
