Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all pregnant women, gestational age 32 weeks to 37 weeks, fetal weight appear small for gestation, single tone pregnancy, mild and moderate oligo hydramnios

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: multiple pregnancy, high risk pregnancy patient with placental abnormality, HIV, VDRL and HbsAg reactive patient, patient with chronic systemic diseases.

observed reduction in incidence of still birth & early neonatal death, along with improvement in maternal nutritional status, fetal well being, amniotic fluid volume, & overall pregnancy outcome.Timepoint: 15 days
