Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient posted for elective abdominal laparoscopic surgery needing general anaesthesia Patients of all genders Patient aged between 18-65 years Patient with American Society of Anaesthesiologist(ASA) Class 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI more than 35 Patient with known muscle weakness,Muscular Dystrophy Patient with history of drug allergy

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effect of Sugammadex and Neostigmine with Glycopyrrolate combination on hemodynamic parameters during emergence after reversal of neuromuscular blockade in laparoscopic surgeriesTimepoint: Parameters will be measured at Intraoperative period,0 mins from time of giving reversal agent,then subsequently 2 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes.

To check the need of usage of anti hypertensive (Esmolol) during emergence. To check the time the Train of Four(TOF )ratio comes to 0.9Timepoint: It will be measured from time of giving reversal agent to the time the TOF ratio reaches more than 0.9
