Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi like Ruk, Toda, Stambha, Difficulty in walking. 2) Both male and female included between age group of 20 yrs to to 60 yrs. 3) Degenerative changes evident on X-ray LS Spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unfit for Basti.21 1.Patient unfit for Basti 2.Fractures of Spine or Vertebra. 3.Patients with diseases such as Spondyloarthropathy, Potts Spine and Congenital scoliosis and Uncontrolled diabetes mallitus. 4.Children And Pregnant Women excluded.
