Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 30-60 years clinically and or radiologically confirmed diagnosed with sciatica according to ICD 10 and willing to give written/informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of spine surgery within the past year .co-existing conditions like multiple sclerosis,peripheral neuropathy or diabetic neuropathy. pregnancy and lactation. severe co morbidities like uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiovascular disease or other conditions that would interfere with participation or safety
