Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 65 years 2. Clinically diagnosed with chronic plaque psoriasis by a dermatologist (confirmed by PASI score or biopsy if needed) 3. Mild to moderate severity (PASI score between 3 and 12) 4. Not currently receiving systemic immunosuppressive therapy or biologics (within the past 4 weeks) 5. Willing to undergo skin biopsy and provide blood samples 6. Capable of giving informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other autoimmune or inflammatory skin diseases (eg lupus, eczema, lichen planus) 2. History of psoriatic arthritis or joint involvement 3. Use of systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics within the past month 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 5. Presence of chronic infections (eg tuberculosis, hepatitis B and C, HIV) 6. Known malignancies or serious systemic illness (eg uncontrolled diabetes, renal failure) 7. Participation in another clinical study in the last 3 months
