Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed female patients with histologically confirmed breast cancer, aged greater than or equal to 18 years. 2. Patients planned to undergo treatment (surgery and/or systemic therapy and/or radiotherapy) at PGIMER. 3. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent. 4. Patients capable of understanding and responding to study questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with recurrent or previously treated breast cancer. 2.Patients with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness interfering with participation. 3.Patients with comorbid conditions significantly affecting upper limb/shoulder function (e.g., severe arthritis, neurological disorders such as brachial plexopathy). 4.Patients not willing to comply with follow-up or intervention protocols
