Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria. Patients suffering from Sandhigata Vata (Osteo Arthritis of Knee). Patients confirmed by X-Ray (According to Kellgren Lawrence Scale for Osteoarthritis upto Grade 1 and Grade 2). Patients fit for Swedana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Patients below 40 years and above 70 years. 2. Patient with Grade 3 and above changes in the affected knee (According to Kellgren Lawrence Scale). 3.Inflmation or infective arthritis of knee joint 4. Patients with open wound or injury on the site of administration. 5. Patients with Obesity (BMI greater than 30kgm2) 6. Patient unfit for and Swedana. 7. Pre diagnosed cases of thyroid dysfunction (hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism).
