Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individual with unilateral knee pain using assessed using NICE criteria : Having movement related knee joint pain Either no morning stiffness at knee joint or stiffness less than 30 min 2. Age : 45 to 60 years 3. Able to walk independently for 15 meters , with or without the use of an assistive device 4. Pain on activity on visual analogue scale (VAS) less than equal to 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee pain due to any other reason than primary OA 2. Intra-articular injection of the knee joint or physiotherapy treatment in past 1 month 3. Any lower extremity fracture or any surgical intervention of knee joint within the last 1 year 4. Individual with any associated lower limbs radiculopathies neurological impairments , cardiovascular disease or systemic disease like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus etc 5. Individuals with knee flexion range of motion is less than 90 degree
