Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients physical examination reveled fissure in ano. The patient having classical signs and symptoms of fissure in ano. Patients having acute fissure in ano with less than 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from chronic fissure in anodue to any secondary cause like HIV,TB. Patients having fissure in ano due to secondary to ulcerative colitis,Syphilis,Chron,s Disease,Tuberculosis and Cancer of rectum and anal canal. Not willing to give consent. Fissure in ano associated with piles and fistula and patients having multiple fissures. Uncontrolled cases of diabetes mellitus and hypertension.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To identify the differance of treatments for the management of Parikartika(Fissure in Ano). To observe and compare the effectiveness of treatments over the period of time. To compare the efficacy of trial group drug and controle group drugs that is Dashang Ghrit along with Shatadhuta Ghrit application for trial group and Shatadhuta Ghrit application for controle group in the management of Parikartika(Fissure in Ano). Timepoint: Total 4 weeks treatment. Baseline(0Day),7th Day,15th Day,30th Day. To observe the symptoms relief on 7th,15th and 30th Day.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe the effect Dashang Ghritpan along with Shatadhauta Ghritam local application in signs & symptoms of Parikartika. To find the effect on symptoms of Parikartika. To asses the adverse effect of treatment if any.Timepoint: Total 30 days treatment. Baseline(0 Day),7th day,15th day & 30th day. To observe relief in signs & symptoms of Patikartika on 7th,15th & 30th Day.—
