Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged between 25 years to 55 years experiencing weak pelvic floor muscles. 2. Cessation of lochia (women with minimum 6-8 weeks postpartum). 3. Women who diagnosed with uterine prolapse, uterine incontinence and sexual dysfunction. 4. Women willing to participate and provide informed consent. 5. Women with postpartum period from 6-8 weeks to 10years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with malignancies, several vaginal or intestinal infections or epilepsy. 2. Women who clinically diagnosed of pelvic floor dysfunction during or before pregnancy.
