Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Police personnel aged between 25 and 50 years. 2. Personnel with at least one year of active service. 3. Participants scoring moderate to high burnout on the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI). 4. Individuals willing to provide written informed consent. 5. Participants with no formal experience in yoga or meditation practices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals involved in other stress reduction or mindfulness based interventions during the study period. 2. Recent musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the previous 3 months that limit physical activity required for Cyclic Meditation. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Dependence on sleep inducing medication three or more times per week.
