Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical evidence of buccal furcation defect greater than or equal to 3mm measured using nabers probe 2. vertical probing depth greater than or equal to 5mm measured using unc 15 probe 3. radiographic evidence of furcation defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases. 2. Pregnant and lactating women. 3. Grade3 mobility. 4. Teeth with incorrect endodontic treatment or restorative treatment. Patients diagnosed with Grade 2 furcation defects who meet the inclusion criteria will be randomly allocated into three groups.
