Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 30-55 years Stiffness Chronic neck pain Patient with Neck Pain (duration 2 months or more) with or without Radiation. VAS 4-7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck surgery over the past year History of inflammatory diseases involving the neck joints, myelopathy History of fractures or dislocations of the cervical vertebrae. Subjects with a history of severe trauma, such as fracture, Congenital disorder of cervical spine, Patient with neurological deficit, Spondylolisthesis, Tumour, Spinal surgery, Pott s spine, Rheumatoid Arthritis Disorder, Ankylosing Spondylosis. Tumour, Spinal surgery, Pott s spine, Rheumatoid Arthritis Disorder, Ankylosing Spondylosis, Vertebro- Basilar Insufficiency and Cardiac Problems.
