Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of pelvic surgery within the last 6 months. Neurological disorders affecting bladder function (e.g., multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Parkinson s disease). Cognitive impairment interfering with understanding exercise instructions. Participation in any other pelvic floor rehabilitation program within the last 3 months Women not willing to participate or not providing written informed consent.
