Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate. Histologically confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer. Adequate performance status (ECOG performance status 0 2). Adequate organ function (normal liver and renal parameters). Ability to provide informed consent and comply with study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous exposure to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgical treatment for breast cancer. Presence of other active malignancies or recent cancer treatment. History of autoimmune diseases or immunodeficiency disorders. Current use of lipid-lowering agents. Inability to provide informed consent or comply with study procedures. Relapsed breast cancer patients.
