Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects with signs and symptoms of Yakritvikara like Aruchi, Agnimandhya, Dourbalya,Avipaka.. The Subjects age between 18-70years irrespective of their caste, race and gender. Subjects who full filling the diagnostic criteria. USG evidence of Diagnosed fatty liver(grade 1 and 2 ) Patients fit for Conventional Virechana karma, Nitya virechana and Basthikarma. Patient who will give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering with multi organ failure, Liver cirrhosis, Liver abscess, Liver carcinoma, hepatic angioma. Pregnant and lactating mother. HIV, HbsAg, Uncontrolled diabetes , Uncontrolled Hypertension and other systemic disorders which interfere the course of line of treatment.
