Inclusion criteria: 1.With Snore score more than or equal to 20 2.BMI 18.5 to 22.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.OSA and other respiratory conditions 2.Cardiovascular diseases and other comorbidities 3.Nasal blockage 4.Oral application 5.Facial bone fractures
