Inclusion criteria: Lower Urinary Tract symptoms for more than 3 months Inadequate response to empirical therapy Willing to undergo Video Urodynamic study and follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Urethral stricture Neurogenic bladder Active Urinary tract infection Prior prostate/bladder surgery Known malignancy
