Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are presenting with RPRF in the Emergency and Out Patient Department as Rapid and Progressive decline in the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) over a short period, ranging from days to weeks. 2. Patients who consented to being included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with baseline chronic kidney disease. 2. Patient with less than 18 years of age. 3. Patient not willing for investigations
