Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 to 18 years, of both sexes. Informed consent of the Parent/Guardian and children. Diagnostic criteria are mainly based on the clinical presentation of the patient Mild and Moderate cases of Bronchial Asthma using bronchodilators only on an emergency basis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe or uncontrolled asthma, or those requiring emergency treatment/ hospitalization. Co-existing chronic respiratory illnesses, congenital defects affecting respiratory function Ongoing use of corticosteroids or immunosuppressive medications Unwillingness or inability to comply with follow-up schedule
