Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Stone (form without cause as infection or obstruction) 2. First time stone former 3. Age - 18 to 70 years 4. Renal & Bladder Stone size up 5- 15 mm 5. Ureteric Stone size 5-10 mm 6. Radiographic and or USG evidence of the stone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal failure. 2. Gross Hydronephrosis. 3. Acute pain abdomen. 4. Cases which requires surgical intervention. 5. Severe Haematuria. 6. Renal & Bladder Stone size greater than 15 mm 7. Ureteric Stone size greater than 10 mm 8. Known cases of Co- Morbidity 9. Retention of Urine 10. Secondary stone (form with cause as infection or obstruction) 11. Fever
