Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hematolymphoid malignancies newly referred for Specialized Palliative Care to Palliative Medicine OPD. 2.Age more than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients that were vitally unstable at the time of new referral and need urgent medical care and those referred directly to casualty. 2.Data obtained from incomplete medical records.
