Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical sign and Symptoms of Artarakshya 1-Yathochitakala Adarshanam(Duration more than 35 days and interval of less than 2 days) 2-Alpta (Quantity of menstrual Blood) 3-Youi vedna (Pain associated with menses)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lactating woman Thyroid dysfunction History of tuberculosis History of severe postpartum hemorrhage in previous delivery Patient using oral contraceptive pills or Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device Any complicated or severe systemic illness

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the menstrual cycle interval towards the normal range (21 35 days). Increase in the duration and quantity of menstrual flow. Reduction in the severity of dysmenorrhea (Yoni Vedana). Timepoint: 3 months
