Intervention1: Novel multisensory behaviour technique AromaShades: Children allocated to the intervention group will undergo restorative dental treatment using the AromaShades multisensory distraction

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children having their first dental visit Children aged six to twelve years requiring restorative dental treatment Children exhibiting dental anxiety or uncooperative behaviour during dental treatment Children who are physically and mentally healthy Children whose parents or guardians provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with known allergy to aromatic substances or fragrances Children with respiratory disorders such as asthma or allergic rhinitis Children with systemic illness or special healthcare needs Children currently under anxiolytic or sedative medication Children with visual or hearing impairment affecting distraction therapy Uncooperative children requiring pharmacological behaviour management
