Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of age 4 to 12 years Control group with healthy children Children clinically diagnosed with ankyloglossia Children clinically diagnosed with adeno tonsillar hypertrophy Children who are able to comply with clinical examination and imaging procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous History of adenotonsillectomy or frenectomy/frenuloplasty Craniofacial Abnormalities or Presence of syndromic features Down syndrome Pierre Robin sequence cleft palate that may independently affect airway structure Children with neuromuscular diseases affecting breathing or tongue movement Children with ongoing upper respiratory tract infections at the time of evaluation Children who are unable to comply with clinical examination or imaging procedures children with special health care needs
