Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton Pregnancies 2. Gestational Age 11 To 13 Weeks 3. Age More Than 18 Years 4. Normotensive Patients With Normal Renal And Liver Function Tests. 5. Patients Willing To Participate For The Study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients not willing to participate in the study. 2.Age more than 35 years. 3.Multiple pregnancy. 4.Previous history of Pre-eclampsia or Eclampsia 5.Severe Anaemia. 6.Previous history of any medical illness like Diabetes Mellitus ,Chronic Kidney Diseases ,Cardiovascular Diseases 7.Anti-Phospholipid Syndrome 8.Obesity 9.Use of Artificial Reproductive Techniques
