Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with low back pain ( more than 12 weeks). Individuals with NPRS value more than 3. Able to stand and walk independently without assistive device. Willingness to provide written informed consent and adhere to the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intervertebral disc herniation Osteoarthritis of spine and spinal deformities History of back or hip surgery Any history of cardiac condition or Any cardiac surgeries Any history of respiratory conditions such as COPD, Emphysema Lower limb radiculopathies and neuropathies. Spondylosis Spondylolisthesis Congenital disease (severe kyphosis and scoliosis) Spinal canal stenosis Any spinal surgeries in past 6 months Pregnancy Any fractures in past 6 months of Lower limb, Spine , Pelvis Neurological conditions such as Traumatic brain injuries, Neurogenic claudication
