Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CKD patients who have been initiated with hemodialysis or without hemodialysis. Patients aged 18 years or older, who are currently hospitalized, with or without comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Patients with kidney transplantation. Patients who are having psychiatric illness. Patients who are pregnant or lactating.
