Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age between 18-60 years of either sex . Subjects having BMI between 25-34.9. Subjects willing to provide signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes mellitus Individuals with secondary obesity due to endocrine disorders such as Cushing syndrome Hypothyroidism and PCOD Individuals on long term steroid therapy or weight reducing medication Patients with serious systemic illnesses such as AIDS Cancer Renal failure Hepatic disorders and Tuberculosis Pregnant and lactating women
