Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Player with unilateral lateral ankle sprain Subacute Ankle sprain (Grade 1 and 2) Collegiate players. NPRS 3-6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Lower limb musculoskeletal and neurological disorders in past 1 year. Systemic diseases. Current physiotherapy or exercise rehab for the same ankle. Not willing to participate in the program
