Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with previous root canal treatment 2. Presence of Pain/ Swelling/ Sinus tract and/or Tenderness on percussion 3. Radiographic periapical pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with confirmed vertical root fracture 2. Teeth with advanced periodontal disease (Grade III mobility) 3. Teeth that have undergone retreatment or endodontic surgery within the last 6 months 4. Medically compromised patients affecting healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised)
